1. Website services

The ShinoX website provides equipment and system information, product and business solutions, franchise/site-development and equipment-visit enquiry links, project content and external investment calculator links. Online intake remains disabled; confirm service arrangements through the existing contact channels.

The operating company’s registered legal name and designated contact remain to be confirmed. ShinoX is the current brand name and is not presented here as a verified contracting entity.

2. Enquiries, visits and contract formation

Browsing the website, using a calculator, following a contact link or submitting an enquiry does not establish an order, franchise relationship, equipment purchase or construction contract. Quotations, deposits, payment and cooperation terms require separate formal confirmation by both parties.

A preferred visit location, date or time is an enquiry request, not a statement of live availability or a confirmed booking. Visit arrangements require personal confirmation.

3. Specifications, pricing, warranties and construction

Equipment models, appearance, functions, compatibility, payment methods, warranties, maintenance, delivery and construction scope are governed by the specifications, quotation and contract formally confirmed by both parties. Website descriptions and concept visuals do not replace project-specific documents.

Site, regulatory, water, drainage, electrical, construction and operating conditions vary by project. Unconfirmed equipment information, images, news or case material should not be interpreted as verified specifications or completed projects.

4. Investment estimates and operating risk

Investment estimates support planning discussions only. Before use, verify the tool version and assumptions concerning equipment and construction, operating days, utilization, average spend, rent, utilities, consumables, maintenance, staffing and taxes. These are items to verify, not a claim that external tools necessarily list every parameter.

The assumptions and versions of external calculators require individual verification. Request missing assumptions before relying on a result. 5. Intellectual property and content use

Rights in website text, layouts, logos, images, videos, icons and code belong to ShinoX or the respective rights holders as applicable. Publication does not grant permission to reproduce, modify, use commercially, resell or imply a brand partnership. Obtain permission from the rights holder before such use.

Interpret concept visuals and CGI according to their page labels. They do not establish actual company premises, completed projects, final equipment appearance or operating results. Do not remove concept or rights labels and use the content misleadingly.

6. Acceptable use and external links

Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful or unrelated content, disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access to management data or extract other people’s personal information. Do not distribute unconfirmed quotations, guarantees or partnership claims in the website’s name.

LINE, WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, email and external calculators are operated by their respective providers. Check the destination and its terms before use. A website link does not guarantee all third-party content, availability or data practices.

7. Personal information and rights

See the Privacy Policy for personal-information practices. Enquiry consent is not a marketing subscription; an enquiry will not add you to a marketing list without a separate voluntary choice. Forms and intake APIs remain closed until policy and form acceptance is complete.

8. Updates, statutory rights and contact

Website content and these terms may change with the services; updates will display a date and version. Website changes do not unilaterally replace an existing signed project contract. These terms do not exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
