Costs & Payback
How much does it cost to open a self-service car wash?
It depends on the site size, number of wash bays and machine configuration, so every project is different. We first arrange a free site survey, learn about your site and needs, and then provide a formal quote.
How long does it take to recover the investment?
Payback time depends on location, traffic, pricing and how the site is operated, so there is no fixed answer. During the site survey we can evaluate it together based on your site. Any estimate is for reference only and does not guarantee actual earnings.
Roughly how much are water and electricity bills per month?
Utility costs depend on local rates and wash volume. B2 uses about 100 liters of water per car; actual costs are estimated for your site during the survey.

Site & Operation
I don't have a site yet. Can you help me find one?
We can help evaluate. You can first visit us to see the machines and talk about your needs. Once you have candidate sites, we will visit to check site conditions, vehicle flow and how the wash bays can be laid out.
How large does the site need to be? Can it be rented?
We generally recommend about 15 ping (roughly 50 m²) per wash bay, plus 220V three-phase power, tap water and drainage, and the site use must comply with its occupancy permit. Rented sites are fine, but we recommend having us survey the site before you sign.
Can I run it with no experience and no time to staff it?
Yes. The equipment can be set up for unattended self-service, with drivers operating and paying on their own. At handover we teach you operation and daily maintenance; you only need to arrange site checks, refill consumables and cleaning.
How long from signing to opening?
It depends on site conditions, application documents and construction progress, so there is no fixed number of days. After the survey we will plan the schedule together based on the actual situation.
Equipment & Viewing
How many cars can it wash per day?
B2 takes about 2 minutes 30 seconds per car; actual time depends on the wash program and vehicle type. How many cars per day mainly depends on local traffic and opening hours, and we can help you estimate it during the site survey.
What if a machine breaks down? How soon will it be repaired?
We first provide online troubleshooting, send technicians on site when needed, and schedule regular inspections. The equipment comes with a 1-year warranty.
Will it scratch my car?
Water-jet car wash machines have no brushes touching the car. They wash with high-pressure water jets plus a cleaning process, so there is no brush-scratch problem.
